We want to make shopping with Theresa's Natureal Creations as easy as possible.  Therefore, we have answered some of the most popular questions below to make your experience with Theresa's Natureal Creations as seamless as possible.

 

 

 

PRODUCTS
Q:  Are your products natural, and cruelty free?

A:  While many products are filled with harsh chemicals, we keep it natural. Our bath and body care products are made with raw butters like shea, mango, kokum, and cocoa, blended with nourishing plant-based oils such as sweet almond, grapeseed, organic virgin coconut oil, and more—delivering pure hydration without the toxins. All of our products are completely natural, cruelty-free, and never tested on animals.​

Q:  Are your products hypoallergenic?
A:  No.

 

Q:  Do you use essential oils, or, natural fragrance oils?
A:  We use both plant based essential oils, and skin safe fragrance oils (alcohol free, phthalate free, and paraben free), for our products.  Whether you prefer EO's, or FO's, you get to select your own preferred scent from our drop down menus. 

Q:  What if I'm allergic to some of your products?
A:  If you experience an allergic reaction to our product(s), please discontinue immediately.  Prior to using our product, we suggest performing a patch skin test by simply applying a small amount of the product to an area on your hand.

Q:  Are your products FDA certified?
A:  No.  Our products have not been approved, evaluated, and/or, endorsed by the FDA.  FDA Disclaimer:  Product listing description is for informational purposes only, not meant to replace a Dr.'s recommendation.  Our products are made with natural ingredients, and it is not to be used other than for stated purposes.  Our products are not made to cure any type of diseases.  Therefore, please consult your doctor to verify that it will not interfere with any medical conditions. 

 

 

ORDERS

Q:  Do you accept international orders?
A:  No.  We do not accept international orders at this time.

Q:  Can I add, edit or cancel my order once it is placed?  

A:  Unfortunately, all processed orders cannot be edited, or, cancelled.   

Q:  Why did I not receive a confirmation email or text for my order?
A:  Please check your spam, and junk mail to see if your confirmation email is there.  If you need your confirmation email to be resent, please contact us by clicking here.   

*NOTE:  Please verify that your email address, and/or, phone number is correct before checkout.  Our system cannot send emails to you if we have the wrong information.


 


SHIPPING
Q:  How long will it take for my order to be made, and shipped?
A:  Every product is handmade fresh, and created in small batches to ensure the quality of each is given full attention.  E
ach order has a standard processing, and packaging time of 3 - 6 business days.  Once the processing, and packaging is completed, your items will be shipped immediately.  If there are any delays due to the pandemic, inclement weather, or other, you will be notified.  We thank you in advance for your patience.

Q:  Do you ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx?
A:  We ship our products via USPS (United States Postal Service), first class, or, priority mail (13 ounces, and over).  You should receive your order within 2-4 

business days from your shipping date.  
 

Q:  How will I know when my order has shipped? 
A:  Once we ship your order, you will receive a notification that will include your USPS tracking number.  If it has been longer than 6 days, please contact us.

 

Q:  How much is shipping?
A:  Unless stated otherwise, shipping costs are determined by both the weight of the package, and the location to where it is being sent. 

 

​REFUNDS
Q:  What is your return policy?
A:  Theresa's Natureal Creations will always do the best to best serve you.  Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.  However, due to the nature of the products we sell, all sales are final (non-refundable).  Sorry, we do not accept exchanges, returns, or issue credits.  If there is ever any damage, concerns, or error on our part, contact us so that we can remediate this for you.  Theresa's 

Natureal Creations does not take responsibility for lost, or, stolen packages.  Please contact your local post office to file a claim.

Q:  What if I received a delivery confirmation, but did not receive my products?
A:  If you received a delivery confirmation, but did not receive your product, please contact us within 48 hours from the delivery date.  Sometimes, the post office marks the order as delivered prematurely.  Please allow (1) additional day for the postal service to deliver your order.  

*NOTE:  We are not responsible for products that were not delivered due to inaccurate, or, incomplete address provided when ordered.  If this occurs, please contact USPS to file a claim.
